Direct desktop editions are sold through Lemon Squeezy. App Store editions use Apple’s terms.

Direct desktop editions

The Tupos Audio product licence covers direct desktop downloads. A full licence permits up to three activated computers and is perpetual for the purchased product version. Standalone and plug-in formats on the same computer share its activation. An internet connection is required for activation; offline use is available after successful activation while the licence remains valid. Future paid upgrades are not included unless stated at purchase.

Lemon Squeezy handles direct checkout, payments and receipts. The product, price and activation allowance shown in your order apply. Direct licences and App Store purchases are separate; purchasing one does not activate the other.

App Store editions

Apps bought from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal and the applicable App Store terms. Our direct-download activation terms do not apply.

App Store purchases

Apple handles App Store payments, downloads and receipts under its terms.

Your rights

These terms do not limit your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
