DIRECT DOWNLOADS

Tupos MPE FM is licensed, not sold. A valid licence grants you a non-exclusive
right to install and use the software on computers you own or control, within
the activation limit attached to your licence. The current full and trial
licences allow up to three activated computers. Standalone, AUv2 and VST® 3 on
the same computer share its activation.

The full licence is perpetual for the purchased product version. The free
trial is limited to the expiry date associated with its licence key. Future
paid upgrades are not included unless stated at purchase.

You may make backup copies. Do not share or resell your licence key, distribute
the software as your own product, or circumvent its activation. These limits
do not restrict rights granted by applicable law or by third-party licences.

YOUR MUSIC

You retain the rights to music, recordings and other output you create with
the software. You may release that output commercially without paying Tupos
Audio royalties or providing attribution. This permission does not authorise
redistribution of the software or its factory preset files as a separate
product. You retain the rights to presets you create yourself.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Third-party components remain subject to their own copyright notices and
licence terms, listed in the 3RD PARTY tab and ThirdPartyLicenses.txt. This
licence does not replace or limit those terms.

PURCHASES AND SUPPORT

Direct-download payments, receipts and order processing are handled by Lemon
Squeezy. The product, price, trial expiry and activation allowance shown in
your order apply to your purchase. Contact support@tuposaudio.com for support
or purchase questions. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable
rights to remedies or refunds, are not restricted by this licence.

APP STORE EDITIONS

App Store editions are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User
Licence Agreement and the applicable App Store terms, rather than the direct
download activation terms above:
